Italy’s top 10 most expensive homes

Rome, Italy (AP) Italy’s most expensive home has a stunning facade but is just a few feet from a river.

Its owner is a Roman Catholic.

And it’s owned by a woman with a history of selling her family’s real estate.

The house is a new addition to a thriving and vibrant neighborhood on the outskirts of the capital, Rome, which is home to more than a million people and is renowned for its rich heritage and cosmopolitan culture.

The Italian capital is one of the most expensive cities in the world, with an average price of $7,300 per square foot, according to Zillow, an online real estate marketplace.

A typical property in Rome has a total of $1.4 million.

The building, owned by the Bologna family, is about one-quarter of a mile from the river and is situated on a steep slope that runs parallel to the river.

The owners say they chose to build a new home for the family, who bought the home in 2015.

The family’s history in the neighborhood dates back to the 18th century, when the Bonsall family, a family of merchants, established a restaurant on the site of the Baccio Hotel.

It was the family’s third restaurant.

The restaurant, which was located next to the Bocconi train station, has remained in business to this day.

“We’re happy that this building is a part of the history of Bocci,” said the Bongolio family’s chief executive, Stefano Bongolin.

The Bongols have owned the property for more than 30 years.

The two-story building is located in the residential neighborhood of San Filippo.

“The Bongoles have been buying properties for a long time and they have always been a good neighbor,” said Stefano Vigna, an economist with the National Association of Realtors.

“They want to buy a house for the Boca [area] as soon as possible.

The neighborhood is getting crowded and they want a house that will attract tourists, so they want to be close to the city.”

The Boccois own two homes in the area and have three other properties on the market.

One of them is an apartment building in the city of Bolognese.

The other is a house on the street called the Fondazione San Fonda, which means “place of green.”

It is a building with a green roof that was originally built in 1888 by Italian architect Gian Lorenzo Fondazi.

The structure was originally owned by Joseph Fondavi, a well-known architect and financier who later became one of Italy’s richest men.

He died in 1974, and the property was sold in 2010 to a family trust.

“In a lot of cities, houses have a certain look and feel, but it’s always about the price,” said Vignas.

“I believe in the Boho movement.”

Fondafi, a Roman aristocrat who was one of Rome’s wealthiest men, had his own distinctive style and architecture.

The buildings in his house are reminiscent of the Renaissance era, with bright colors and opulent decoration.

“His style was inspired by the Renaissance and he loved architecture and the way it was built,” said Giorgio Soto, a local architect and a member of the local community.

“He wanted to have a place for his people to live in, a place where people would live together.”

The property was renovated by an Italian firm in 2014 and a new facade was installed in April 2018.

The owner of the property told The Associated Press that she wanted to keep the facade simple and didn’t want any ornament.

The home is currently for sale.

The price tag on the property is $1,843,000.

“If you want to live there, you need a good house and a great view,” said Giulia Bongolia, a neighbor of the owners.

The property has an estimated value of $2.2 million.

“For the price you’re paying, it’s a nice house, and I think the people who live here are very nice people,” said Michele Saccone, a fellow neighbor.

“It’s a lovely house.

It’s really nice, and it’s in a nice neighborhood.”
